Spring is in the air and the veggie garden is looking great. :-)

And After - after many many many hours of carting wheelbarrows of soil!! Phew!
We are currently getting loads of radishes, spinach varieties, loads of lettuce and herbs
Zucchini coming soon :-)

ReplyDeleteWhat do you do when you have a huge crop of something - just give it away to friends, or process it into pestos, stocks etc. to freeze and so on?
